We are out of town investors, we have had three previous rehabs. Working with Fred and his Team was definitely the BEST experience. Fred communicates well in a variety of ways. He takes good before and after pictures and videos. He answers phone calls and text promptly. One thing we really appreciate as out of town investors is that he takes responsibility of the project, helping to keep the cost down, giving us updates and finishing on time. Fred and his team did an excellent job! You might find cheaper but you won't find Better. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Fred and his company did an Excellent job for my first rehab experience. He is always available and accessible which is most important for newbies like me. He communicates proactively and even after hours to make sure you have all the necessary information to make the right decision. All of the work is done in the most excellent way. Fred Lynch and his team are AWESOME! This is my second rehab and it went so well; we were on budget, ahead of schedule, and the finished product is amazing. Fred is an excellent communicator, throughout every phase of the project he was flexible and available. He is proactive in his communication and expects the same level of professionalism from his entire team. We highly recommend Fred Lynch and Moe with Year Around Construction. This has been our BEST rehab! We have had three complete SF remodels and one tenant turn over, and we are sticking with Fred and his trade partners for all future jobs. I have never worked with a more dedicated and detailed team. Fred's communication is on point. He is super easy to get a hold of, he is a great communicator and easy to work with regarding the direction we wanted our rehab to go. Fred Lynch and Moe take significant pride in their work and it is evident in their finished product. Vanessa, their painter did the best kitchen paint job on a remodel that I have seen.
